1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories or components, if applicable.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection (product dimensions and details are clearly mentioned)
- Products used, washed, or tested before return request
2. How to Request a Return
If your order meets the return eligibility:

- Your order number
- A brief reason for return
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we’ll share the return instructions or arrange pickup (available in select pin codes).
- You must dispatch the item within 7 days of return approval.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability and your preference.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer general product exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

At Vinzesta, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- During high-demand periods (sales or new launches), processing time may be slightly extended. You’ll be notified in such cases.
2. Delivery Timeline (Post Dispatch)
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: Up to 10 business days
We use trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure wide and safe coverage across India.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You’ll receive an email with your tracking ID and courier details.
- You can track your order on our website under the “Track My Order” section or directly on the courier’s website.
- If you don’t receive tracking information within 3 days of ordering, please reach out to us.
4. Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure accurate delivery details at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
- Unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.)
In case of a failed delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
